This 14-story 124-unit project was designed by architect Dan Hanganu and received many prestigious awards, including a First Prize from the Ordre des architectes du Québec, a Prix Orange from Sauvons Montréal and a Domus Award from APCHQ. A series of ten two-storey contemporary-style homes sit at the foot of the building while eight two-storey penthouses crown it at the top.
