Les Clairières

Proment adapted a California concept of stacked housing to L'Î-des-Soeurs in order to offer both the intimacy of a single-family house and the amenities of condo life. Each two-story block is composed of eight very bright corner units, each with its own entrance from a private interior court. Traditional architecture and landscaping have made this project a Domus award winner.
