Verre sur vert

“ Verre sur Vert” will be located in a brand new neighbourhood on the southern tip of L’Île-des-Soeurs, only 10 minutes from downtown Montreal. All the advantages of living in a major metropolitan centre, without any of the inconveniences.

In symbiosis with nature, “ Verre sur Vert” will face a park and its backyard will include a garden and a pool giving on the “Corridor Vert”. The “Corridor Vert” is a 100 ft. wide strip of green space that links the ecological park of the river to the lake of L’Île-des-Soeurs.

A green roof will top the building and be accessible to residents, who can relax on its walkway and admire the surrounding landscape. Some terraces will be private whereas others will be common.
